Just as it is very important to adopt the right method to do any work, similarly it is necessary to do Jala Neti Kriya in the right way. This is a simple practice but still learn this amazing process under the guidance of an expert or your yoga teacher. To do this process, first of all mix half a teaspoon of salt in half a liter of lukewarm water and fill this water in the Neti pot. Now bend forward from the waist, and pour water from the tube of the Neti pot in one nostril. Pour water slowly. During this, keep the mouth open and do not take long breaths. This water should come out from the other nostril. Do the same process from the other nostril. After doing this process from both the nostrils, stand straight and do the compound exercise to be done after Jala Neti Kriya. This brings out all the water, bacteria and mucus inside the nose.
