Sammed Shikharji, located on the Parasnath Hills in Jharkhand, is one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for the Jain community. Revered as the place where 20 of the 24 Jain Tirthankaras attained Moksha, it holds immense spiritual significance. Every year, thousands of devotees undertake the arduous journey to this sacred mountain with deep faith and devotion, making it a center of spiritual awakening and cultural heritage.
Maintaining the sanctity and cleanliness of such holy places is of utmost importance. Cleanliness not only preserves the natural beauty of the sacred site but also ensures a pure environment for devotees who visit from across the globe. A clean mountain reflects respect for nature, spirituality, and the teachings of non-violence and purity embedded in Jain philosophy. It also encourages future generations to undertake their pilgrimage with reverence and pride in a well-preserved spiritual environment.
