Navratri is an important festival celebrated in the Hindu religion. This festival is celebrated with great pomp throughout India. During these 9 days of Navratri, the devotees worship 9 different forms of Goddess Durga. Each day is dedicated to a different form of Maa, the first day is dedicated to Maa Shailputri, the second day to Maa Brahmacharini, the third day to Maa Chandraghanta, the fourth day to Maa Kushmanda, the fifth day to Maa Skandamata, the sixth day to Maa Katyayani, the seventh day is dedicated to Maa Kalratri, the eighth day to Maa Mahagauri and the ninth and last day to Maa Siddhidatri.

This excellent work done by Dainik Bhaskar, Banswara for distributing the largest number of chunari and kum-kum in the newspaper through medium was recorded as a world record by the Golden Book of World Records with the title of “Largest Distribution of Chunari-Kumkum with Newspaper”. The readers greatly appreciated this work done by Bhaskar and they happily accepted this worship material that came home through the newspaper and expressed their gratitude. This was a work related to faith, hence this work was completed with great efficiency by the editorial department and newspaper distributors with every kind of care.
