Lord Mahaveer
Lord Mahavir was born 599 years before Christ in Kundalpur of the Vaishali Republic to Kshatriya king Siddhartha and Queen Trishala of the Ikshvaku dynasty in Chaitra Shukla Teras. This Vardhamana later became Mahavir Swami, the last Tirthankara of this period. According to Jain texts, he was born 278 years after the 23rd Tirthankara Parshvanatha attained Nirvana (salvation).
Mahavir took retirement at the age of 30 after the death of his parents. After 12 years of hard penance, Lord Mahavira attained complete knowledge while performing penance under a sal tree on the banks of the Trijupalika River. After becoming a Tirthankara, Mahavira showed a different path of religion.
How to do Mantra Sadhna: Before Mantra Sadhna, pray to the protector deity of that place/area. Do mantra meditation in solitude. Protect yourself by simplifying the defense mantra before chanting the mantra. The clothes wearing which mantra meditation should be pure. After chanting, take them off separately, and wear other clothes. Wear this cloth after bathing every day and wear clean clothes. Be celibate. It is best if the color of the garland written in the mantra, the aasan, and the dhoti-dupatta are also of the same color. Dabh’s woven mat is considered the best. Chant the mantra while sitting in Padmasan. Chant with the right hand by keeping the left hand in the lap. The mantra is written to be chanted with the left hand, then keeping the right hand in the lap there, chant it with the left hand. Chant with incense where Swaha is written. In this way, many tasks are accomplished by mantras.
Keval Gyan Prashna Chudamani is a short poetic miraculous book. In this, it is mentioned about the auspicious time to prove the mantra, that if there is a coincidence of the mentioned dates in the following constellations, then it can be considered as a suitable period for proving the mantra.

The famous Acharya Shrutkevali Bhadrabahu writes the Bhadrabahu Samhita of the Digambara Jain tradition. Some call him a contemporary of famous astrologer Varahmihir and also his brother. The translator and compiler of this book, Pt. Nemichandra Shastri says that this book is from the 8th-9th century.
68th verse in the presented book-
इत्येवं निमित्तकं सर्वं कार्यं निवेदनम। मंत्रोऽयं जपित: सिद्धूयैद्वांरस्य प्रतिमाग्रत:।।
That is, in this way, for the accomplishment of the work, the instruments should be known. The following mantras should be chanted in front of the idol of Lord Mahavir Swami. It is proved only by chanting the mantra.
अष्टोत्तरशतैर्पुस्पै: मालतीनां मनोहरै:।
ॐ ह्रीं णमो अरिहताणं ह्रीं अवतर अवतर स्वाहा।
मन्त्रेणानेन हस्तस्य दक्षिणस्य च तर्जनी।
अष्टाधिकशतं वारमभिमन्तर्य मषीकृतम।। 69 ।।
That means ‘ॐ ह्रीं अर्हं णमो अरिहताणं ह्रीं अवतर अवतर स्वाहा।’ with the flowers of Uttama Malati in front of Lord Mahavir Swami’s idol. Chanting this mantra 108 times will prove the mantra. After the mantra seeker chants the index finger of his right hand 108 times and keeps it on the eyes of the patient. Then feel the effect of this mantra. In the Jain vision, the names of Rishiputra, Magha Nandi, Ankalank Bhattavosari, etc. are famous as the progenitors of the Samhita texts in the Samhita texts.
By chanting Bhagwan Mahavir’s Sarvbadha Nivarak Ghantakarna Mantra twenty-one times daily, all kinds of obstacles that come in your mind, such as fear of theft, fear of secrets, fear of fire or snakes and all the obstacles of ghosts etc. will be removed. And man can get rid of all his troubles.
ॐ घंटाकर्णो महावीरः सर्वव्याधि-विनाशकः।
विस्फोटक भयं प्राप्ते, रक्ष-रक्ष महाबलः ॥1॥
यत्र त्व तिष्ठसे देव! लिखितो ऽक्षर-पंक्तिभिः।
रोगास्तत्र प्रणश्यन्ति, वात पित्त कफोद्भवाः ॥2॥
तत्र राजभयं नास्ति, यान्ति कर्णे जपात्क्षयम्।
शाकिनी-भूत वेताला, राक्षसाः प्रभवन्ति नो ॥3॥
नाकाले मरण तस्य, न च सर्पेण दृश्यते।
अग्नि चौर भयं नास्ति, ॐ ह्वीं श्रीं घंटाकर्ण।
Namokar Mantra – Basic Mantra
According to the beliefs of Jains, the basic mantra is Namokar Mantra. This is the origin of all mantras. One Namokar mantra should be recited in three breaths.
in the first breath- णमो अरिहंताणं- उच्छवास में- णमो सिद्धाणं
in the second breath- णमो आयरियाणं- उच्छवास में- णमो उव्ज्झायाणं
In the third breath- णमो लोए उच्छवास में- सव्वसाहूणं
There are 35 letters in the Namokar mantra. Who will bow down? Only he will bow down, who will immerse his ego. There is a salutation 5 times in Namokar Mantra. The ego is immersed 5 times. Namokar Mahamantra is unique from the seed letters (68), supernatural, wonderful, and universal.
Namokar Mantra has such music, which is full of spiritual energy, at the same time you peep into your inner self and realize – are you not eager to touch those heights of spirituality? If yes, then chant the Namokar mantra in a samadhistha by wearing a mantra chanting sheet.
In the Jain world, there is a great glory of worship of Vijay Pahut Stotra. ।।हर हुं ह: सर सुं स: ॐ क्लीं ह्रीं हुं फट् स्वाहा।। By chanting this mantra even a very angry enemy becomes happy.
‘ॐ ह्रीं श्रीं कलिकुंड स्वामिने नम:’ By chanting this mantra 1.25 lakh times, a difficult task is accomplished, poverty is removed, Lakshmi is attained. Complete this chant in 21 days, eat once, live by celibacy, and sleep on the ground.
For Completion of all work ‘ॐ ह्रीं श्रीं क्लीं बलूम (ब्लूम) अहं नम:’ By chanting this mantra 108 times in the morning, afternoon and evening all the three times, all work is accomplished and for 3 days before Deepmala, eat at one time, follow celibacy, chant 11,000 continuously for 3 days. At the time of worship on the night of Badi Diwali, write this mantra in your notebook with saffron or ashtagandha.
