Jan Ramayan akhand Kavyarchan made world record

Antar Rashtriya Sahitya Kala Sanstrati Nyas by Sahityoday has been recorded in Jan Ramayan Akhand Kavyarchan Golden Book of World Records. About 250 authors from all over the world created a world record by reciting their original compositions on Ramayana online for 26 hours continuously. Announcing this on Monday, the Asia Head of the Golden Book of World Records, Dr Manish Vishnoi, gave the provisional certificate of the world record to Pankaj Priyam, the founder president of Sahityodaya. Dr. Vishnoi said that this was the world’s most unique event which was completely dedicated to Lord Shri Ram. For this, he praised the leadership ability of Pankaj Priyam and said that the future of Sahityodaya is bright. Poet Pankaj Priyam, while dedicating the world record to the Sahityodaya family, said that this honour has been achieved by everyone’s efforts.

On this occasion, Chief Patron Dr Buddhinath Mishra said that Sahityodaya has given a new direction to literature while preserving Indian culture and values. Eminent comedian Arun Jaimini, as a special guest at the closing ceremony, praised this unique event of Sahityodaya and said that there is a need to connect the new generation with values. Eminent Oz poets Amit Sharma and Gauri Mishra read their poems on Shri Ram appreciating this effort of Sahityodaya. Earlier on late Sunday night eminent Bhojpuri singer Devi, Bollywood actress Shruti Bhattacharya, Veena Sharma Sagar, Dr. Shobha Tripathi and many veteran poets and artists took part.

Founder President Pankaj Priyam said that from 8 am on December 5 to 10:30 am on December 6, Akhand Kavyarchan continued for 26 and a half hours in which more than 250 creators of the world recited their original poems on Lord Shri Ram. The program was moderated by 26 well-known anchors. Arun Jaimini, Poet Bebak Jaunpuri, Poet Ajay Anzam, Renowned comic poet Padmashree Surendra Sharma, Renowned litterateur Asha Shaili, Dr Shobha Tripathi, Sarla Sharma, Gauri Mishra, Shruti Bhattacharya and many national-international level litterateurs-artists gave their presentation. The program was telecast live all over the world through the Sahityodaya channel. This is the first and unique event in the whole world of original poetry recitation on Lord Shriram.

Poet Pankaj Priyam, the founder-cum-international president of Sahityodaya, said that one of the important objectives of this event is to establish the ideals of Lord Shri Ram to the masses and to create public awareness about them. For this, an international common epic named Jan Ramayana is also being published, in which 111 creators around the world are creating original creations on different themes of Ramayana. This unique epic will be inaugurated in Ayodhya. Significantly, Sahityodaya has been continuously working for literature, art, culture and society for the last 3 years. Only in these one-and-a-half years of the Corona period, more than two thousand people have been presented. Sahityodaya is loved by millions in more than a hundred countries. Branches are working in more than two dozen countries and all provinces. To make this event successful, many people including Nandita Maji Sharma, Priya Shukla, Sudeshna Samanta, Jai Prakash Varshney, Ganesh Dutt, Trupti Mishra, Dr Rajni Sharma Chanda, Govind Gupta, Dr Madhukar Rao, Rituraj Varsha Larokar, Dr Shweta Sinha, Sanjay Karunesh, Khushboo Baranwal Sipi, Surendra Upadhyay, Mukesh Bissa, Yogita Tyagi Khalifa, Jharkhand Seva Shree Foundation were engaged in running Akhand Kavyarchan smoothly from this morning itself.
