After the announcement of demonetisation in the year 2016, where all kinds of business were done with a slap for a few days. On the other hand, 38-year-old young businessman Abhishek Saxena did a unique feat by registering his name in the Golden Book of World Records by registering 29 residential plots in a single day at the Sujalpur sub-registration office in Madhya Pradesh. This was the period when demonetisation was announced by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Like every business, the real estate business was bound to be affected. The registry of land and property was almost closed, but you got information from someone that now this work can be done online, so you decided to work on it. At that time it was a completely new experiment for the common people to do such work. But strong-willed Mr Saxena ji decided to give it a try and registered 29 sales letters in a single day and made a world record by selling all of them and registering his name in the Golden Book of World Records. After this award of yours was registered, you were honoured as a star in the whole city. All the registered sales letters were dedicated to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana of the Government of India. Highly impressed with Digital India, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana launched by the Prime Minister, you felt that this scheme is more beneficial for the economically weaker sections of the people living in urban areas. Impressed by this ideology, you spread a lot of publicity of this scheme among the common people. In this whole work of yours, your younger brother Mr Ajit Saxena ji was always engaged in co-operation in every work. After your name was registered in the Golden Book of World Records, you were honoured by many organizations and powerful personalities in the city.
