Bhagat Singh was born on 28 September 1907 in Banga village of Lyallpur district of Punjab in a Punjabi family whose whole family was against the British. Father Sardar Kishan Singh Sandhu’s life was spent in jail, whatever to do to free Mother India from the British, this was the idea of elder uncle Ajit Singh who was deported from Punjab. When the National School was formed, he was made the Principal when he was only 18 years old. He formed ‘Naujawan Bharat Sena’ in which youths were taken to fight against the British. Had gone to a meeting in 1926, and someone threw a bomb but the police put Bhagat Singh in jail. Ramprasad Bismil was hanged for the Kakori incident. In 1928, he went around the world awakening everyone. When the Simon Commission came, Lajpat Rai was protested by the police so much that he died, then Bhagat Singh and Azad etc. went and killed the sanders and ran away to Kolkata and kept teaching the bomb makers. To tell the truth, to the Central Assembly, Bhagat Singh and his comrades threw papers here and there and fired bullets far and wide because their aim was not to kill anyone. Gave the slogan “Inquilab Zindabad”, and raised the voice of Bharat Mata ki Jai. The British sentenced Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Singh and Rajguru to death by adding old things like stealing government money, Sanders murder etc. He was to be hanged on March 24, 1931, in the morning, but knowing that hundreds would come to save him, the British hanged him on the noose on the evening of March 23, 1931, and burnt him at night. A good patriot was hanged by the British on false allegations.
