Mr Siddharth Dayanand Nayak is a well-known name in the world of architects for the beautiful design of Goa’s best buildings, luxurious buildings, hotels, schools, colleges etc. More than one wonderful building built in Goa itself seems to be making a statement of your craftsmanship. Goa is present on our land as a unique gift given by nature. The natural environment of Goa is in a natural position to provide infrastructure for the development of various industries, provided people are made aware of it. Keeping this thinking as the basis, Mr Dayanand Nayak, in consultation with his colleagues, made an idea to do something new. Under the leadership of the Vibrant Goa Foundation and Institute of Indian Interior Designers Goa Centre, of which you are the Chairman, it has been decided to make the world’s largest painting. After considering your colleagues, you decided that it will also be registered in the world record, for this, you contacted the office of the Golden Book of World Records and got information about all the rules and regulations. To give shape to this vision, the Global Expo Summit was organized in October 2019. Since the painting was to be made, all sections of society, art lovers, schools and colleges were also invited to participate in it, along with this necessary materials were also arranged for making the painting.
Finally, the time came on 17th October 2019, Venue Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium Goa Painting was to start at 9:00 am but due to inclement weather, the program started at around 3:00 pm. The organizers had a prior idea of the bad weather, that’s why complete arrangements were made to protect them from the rain. Preparations were made on a wide scale for all the materials required to make the giant painting. Many teams were formed and every section of the society and all art lovers participated freely, besides some people came from every corner of the country including abroad. The view during the program was amazing, on one hand, heavy rain and on the other hand the enthusiasm of the art lovers, on this the grand preparation of the organizers had converted the whole atmosphere into a mesmerizing form.
Starting from 9:00 am on October 17, 2019, the work of painting continued till the second day. Finally, when the 1000 feet long painting was completed, Dr Manish Vishnoei, the Asia in-charge of the Golden Book of World Records, who was closely monitoring the program, announced that it would be recorded in the world record, and the entire public was overjoyed. The happiness of Shri Siddharth Dayanand Nayak ji and his team knew no bounds, everyone was overwhelmed with joy that you have been honoured by the Honorable Chief Minister of Goa for making Goa so famous on the international stage. This program attracted people’s attention towards Goa and impressed by it, Siddharth Dayanand Nayak ji intends to organize an event to achieve even better achievements in the future.
