Chhattisgarh Private University Association organized a felicitation ceremony for Dr Shivvaran Shukla, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission, which the Governor of Chhattisgarh, Ms Anusuiya Uike, attended.

Addressing the felicitation ceremony, Governor Sushri Uike said that Dr Shukla’s entire life was dedicated to the field of education and as a member and chairman of the commission, private universities also got the benefit of his experiences. Throughout his tenure, he served in various educational institutions and his work as an educationist is exemplary for the students as well as the institutions and researchers associated with higher education. He said that no path is difficult for a hardworking person and it is needless to say that Dr. Shukla is not only hardworking but has been discharging his duties very well. “Success is achieved by the hard work done by the mind” This statement can be learned from the life of Dr Shukla.

Governor Sushri Uike ji said that all challenges prove to be dwarf for the person who works with full dedication. Recalling the days of his professor life, he said that our efforts should be to make education accessible to all and equal opportunities should be given to all. As the chairman of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, Dr Shukla has done such remarkable work, which will benefit the students as well as the commission in the long run. Wishing Dr Shukla a healthy and long life, Ms Uike said that his contribution as an educationist will always be incomparable and memorable.

Higher Education Minister, Government of Chhattisgarh Mr. Umesh Patel ji also praised the work done by him in the field of education while giving best wishes for the future life of Regulatory Commission Chairman Dr. Shukla. Minister Mr Patel said that retirement is just a milestone in any person’s life. After retirement, Dr Shukla should do work of his interest and creativity, be cheerful, be cheerful.

It is notable that the Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission, under the chairmanship of Dr Shivvaran Shukla, has achieved many achievements, including registering the name of the commission in the Golden Book of World Records.

Thanking Dr Shivvaran Shukla ji for organizing the felicitation ceremony, he said that during my entire tenure, I have received full cooperation from all my colleagues at different times. In coordination with all the private universities, the commission has set new norms. He said that as the chairman of the commission, I have always been striving for the betterment of education and this has been possible only because of the cooperative spirit of all. On this occasion, Governor Sushri Uike ji and Higher Education Minister Shri Umesh Patel ji honoured Dr Shukla ji by giving mementoes. Along with this, Chhattisgarh Private University Association also honoured Governor Sushri Uike and Higher Education Minister Shri Patel by giving mementoes.

Souvenirs of various private universities were also released by Sushri Uike ji in the programme. “Work Manjusha” of Bharti Vishwavidyalaya Durg. “Gyanamritam” of Chhattisgarh Private University Association. “Global Scenario of Indian Knowledge and Culture” of AAFT University Raipur. Dr C.V. Raman University’s “Chhattisgarh State and University Establishment Festival” and a souvenir named “Contribution of private universities in the Development of tribal youth of Chhattisgarh” were released.

On this occasion, the President of the Private Universities Association Mr. Gajraj Pagariya, along with the Chancellors, Vice Chancellors and Registrars of all private universities were present. Association’s secretary Vinay Aggarwal expressed gratitude.
