Professor Sudha Rai, born on July 22, 1965, in the lap of Shri Narayan Rai and life partner Late Parma Devi, was in the government service of the land of famous Saint Param Pujya Baba Gorakhnath, when she was studying in primary class. That’s why the mother gave the lesson of enmity with animals and love for animals with sips of milk. In the year 1981, you were only a student of class 11 when the parents of Sudha Rai, living among three brothers and two sisters, got her married to Mr Ashok Kumar Rai, a good-hearted person and advocate by profession. After marriage, you continued your education and climbed up the ladder of higher education one by one and after obtaining a doctorate under the best guidance of Dr. Kamalakar Pandey, a great sage of the literary world, you were appointed as a professor in the college in 1990.

Along with social work, you are concerned about the crisis of the environment. Due to the side effects caused by harmful ingredients like polythene, you started distributing free cloth bags from your level and requested people to use them instead of polythene and you keep making people aware in this direction. In the direction of women empowerment, you keep on making continuous efforts by visiting schools and colleges and through Doordarshan and All India Radio. The concrete effect of your efforts is also visible. Dozens of students who have done research under your excellent guidance are spreading the fragrance of your qualities. It is God’s grace to meet worthy children of worthy parents. Due to God’s grace, three Sukanyayas and sons are doing the work of supporting humanity by including all the elements of culture and Sanskrit, proving the definition of gems to be 100% true in your courtyard. Professor Sudha Rai who is dedicatedly engaged in the field of society, Sanskrit, language, literature and environment, are often honoured with many honours. Today you are counted as a very eminent personality.
