In the Sanatan tradition, Shri Hanuman Ji is considered to be the embodiment of power. Shri Hanuman Ji, who is known as the abode of incomparable qualities, is believed to be immortal and is present in every era. Shri Hanuman Ji is worshipped as the deity who protects from all troubles. To get his blessings, his devotees often recite Hanuman Chalisa. Hanuman Chalisa is a poetic work written in Awadhi, in which the qualities and works of Lord Shri Ram’s great devotee Hanuman Ji are described in forty quatrains. This is a very short composition in which the beautiful praise of Pawanputra Shri Hanuman Ji has been done. In this, there is not only a soulful prayer of Bajrangbali Ji but the personality of Lord Shri Ram has also been carved in simple words. It is believed that if any person in trouble meditates on him with devotion or recites his Chalisa, Shri Hanuman Ji comes running to save him. Hanuman Ji is the awakened deity in this Kaliyug, hence his worship is considered to be the most fruitful in Kaliyug.

Mrs. Chanchal Rathi of Guwahati, Assam, wrote Hanuman Chalisa in a very special way due to her special faith in Lord Shri Ram’s supreme devotee Hanuman Ji. The speciality of this Hanuman Chalisa written by Mrs. Chanchal Rathi is that she coined each letter of the Chalisa using the word “Ram” and in this unique way, she wrote Hanuman Chalisa on a small paper with her own hands. For this commendable work of writing the entire Hanuman Chalisa using the word “Ram”, Mrs. Chanchal Rathi’s name was registered in the Golden Book of World Records as a world record with the title of “Smallest Hanuman Chalisa Handwritten with Words“. Mrs. Chanchal Rathi wrote this Rama-filled Hanuman Chalisa with 2 couplets and forty chaupai on a paper measuring just fifteen by twenty-one inches (15′ x 21′).

Expressing her happiness on being registered in the Golden Book of World Records, Mrs. Chanchal Rathi said that just as Lord Rama resides in the heart of Lord Rama’s devotee Hanuman, similarly, every word of this Hanuman Chalisa has Rama in it. This Hanuman Chalisa has been written in such a way that every word of the Chalisa has been given the shape of a word by writing Rama-Rama. Lord Rama resides in every word of this Hanuman Chalisa.
