Crores of people with high-quality food, housing, and clothing facilities are present in the country of India. But today there is a dearth of those who think to provide bread, a small shelter, and clothes to cover the body of crores of people. Today, the whole society has become mad for its own betterment, but the era of doing something for the society through which a person achieves the biggest destination seems to be over. But it is not that the land of India has become bereft of such talents, even now and then, such great men keep taking birth whose only aim in life is to serve the helpless, the destitute. Such angels remain engaged in their work away from the glare of society, without any desire, yes, the desire is so much that no one remains hungry, does not remain in need, and does not remain deprived of the basic needs of human beings.
Mahoba, the famous place of Uttar Pradesh, has been world famous for its bravery and heroism. Generation after generation, people keep listening to the stories of the heroes of this place through stories and legends. In our country, such means of entertainment and folk arts are still alive in which Mahoba’s contribution is clearly visible. It is also true that this area, which energizes the new generation with the golden memories of its historical glory, still looks backwards on the scale of development. This area does not live up to the standards that are used for basic amenities of life. Hunger is needed not only by humans but by all living beings. Lack of food disturbs both this world and the otherworldly world. It is seen and heard that hunger becomes the mother of various types of disorders. Hunger has been made the main point of the Human Development Index, however, there is a large population that suffers from hunger. Medicine also holds a prominent place in human needs, but unfortunately, not all are served by this. The boat of life does not move without food, clothes, and medicine. Only a farmer can make it available. It is sad that there seems to be a severe lack of shepherds, but the Supreme Father God sometimes sends such angels among all of us.
A boy was born on the 7th of June in 1977 in the lap of Shakuntala Devi, the life partner of Shri Swami Prasad ji, who was living by running a book shop in Mahoba. As soon as she was of school age, her father enrolled her in a nearby school and was named Tara. At that time, no one had realized that later this child would light up the lives of millions of people like a shining star. This resplendent ‘star’ will illuminate the name of not only him but the entire region, state and country.
After studying up to Inter from Mahoba, you went to Allahabad University for further studies. In the beginning, there was a desire to become a doctor, but the creation of the Supreme Father Supreme God is unique, so around the year 1986, he became ill and had to leave Allahabad. Some time was spent in despair, but the way is visible in desire. Tara Ji started living in Lucknow and got higher education there. During your education, the spirit of service started stirring in your mind. As you progressed, this feeling became stronger. For a few days, you did various types of work but your mind was always engaged in the development of your area. You were always worried about making bread, clothes and medicine available to the people. Finally, you are completely ready to work in this direction and have decided that now the aim of life is to serve your area, whatever sacrifice you have to make for it. You also took a vow to remain unmarried for the rest of your life.
Now you have decided to convert your actions into a movement. In the beginning, people were not with you, but slowly, seeing your true and selfless dedication and sacrifice, people started joining you and the caravan was formed. Mr Tara Patkar ji fixed 3 main points of his movement, every person should get food, he should get clothes to cover his body and in case of illness, medical treatment should be available, you started fast in this direction. On 15th April 2015, along with your colleagues, you thought of doing a unique but difficult task, the task was to establish Roti Bank. You may not have to make as much effort for the arrangement of money as it has to be done for bread. People understood your point and this bread bank of yours started on its way fast. Boxes were placed at various places to collect food for the Roti Bank, where people used to deliver food, then from there food was made available to the poor, the elderly and the destitute. Along with food, you try your best to arrange medicine and clothes. A large number of people happily cooperate in this pious work of yours.
The area of Mahoba is still bereft of medical facilities along with other basic facilities. As a result, a large part of the population continues to suffer from tremendous diseases due to lack of treatment. After making many efforts, you took the most difficult decision of fighting for the establishment of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Mahoba. For this, along with your colleagues, you have decided to sit on an indefinite strike. In this direction, various types of works are edited under your leadership. Lakhs of letters were written to the Prime Minister in 18 languages. Thousands of sisters sent Rakhi to the Prime Minister. Hindus kept fast in large numbers. Thousands of married women kept Karva Chauth fast for the establishment of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AlIMS). In this way, you are firm and firm on your path. You have decided that you will remain barefoot until the AlIMS is established in Mahoba.
If the attention of the policymakers is attracted towards such true sannyasins, apart from those who pretend to serve humanity by holding positions through big institutions and taking support of facilities, then India can definitely become Jagadguru.
