A visionary who stands out from the crowd: Mr. Jai Kumar Jain

Every human being has a personality of his own, and this is also the identity of a human being. In a crowd of millions of people, a person with a unique personality is recognized only because of his uniqueness. To differentiate oneself from the crowd one has to do something different, it is easy to follow the established path but such people cannot do anything new and creative. To be successful and famous, it is necessary to make your identity different from the crowd. The people involved in the crowd have no independent identity, on the contrary, those who make a different identity from the crowd, are always remembered, because those who walk against the stream shine as stars. Shri J. K. Jain, a resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan, is the owner of such a special personality.

Shri J. K. Jain ji was keen to do something different from his student days. After studying, you got service in the bank, but there was no peace of mind, could not get self-satisfaction. For some days you worked in a bank, but one day a sudden thought came that I can run my house very well with this job, but I cannot do anything special for the country or the society. That’s why after taking voluntary retirement, he started his own business. Now you were completely free, there was no bondage of anyone, and as a result, there was no restriction in working according to yourself. What was it then, gradually you got associated with many social, cultural, and religious organizations and individuals and started helping as much as possible which was giving you natural happiness. Because you always live in the company of famous saints, so once you thought how much the gurus of our Digambara community think for all of us, how much they sacrifice. So why not take the good deeds of saints between the country and the world, then the thought of making a world record came to your mind. Finally, you contacted the office of Golden Book of World Records in this connection then from 18th December 1975 to 31st July 2015, 329 people were initiated into the Jain monk tradition by Param Pujya Pratah Vandaniya Manishi Saint Shiromani Digambar Jain Pramukh Acharya Shri Vidyasagar Ji Muni Maharaj. This unprecedented work was registered in the Golden Book of World Records under the title of “Most Jain monasticism bestowed by a muni”, for which J.K. Jain showed the complete data of 40 years of Gurudev. After this record was made, in the company of Muni Pungav Shree 108 Sudha Sagar Ji Maharaj, between 26 August 2017 and 5 September 2017, 3115 people wore khesh continuously and followed the conduct of munis for eleven days. It was recorded with the title “Most people wearing khesh”. Along with this, on 3rd September 2017, Maharaj Ji also took a convention on the subject of ‘Sacrifice’ in which 3115 people attended and played an important role in getting it recorded with the title “Largest Session on Reconciliation”. After this, on 31st December 2018, during another record titled “Largest earthen lamp yajna” in which 59520 earthen lamps were used. Inspired many more talented people to create world records and made them global recognition. In fact, the more difficult it is to create a record, the more difficult it is to manage it like sending applications and documenting all its photos, videos, logbooks, etc. Since Mr Jain Sahab is an expert in this management, you keep helping everyone willingly in this work.

In this way, Mr J. K. Jain, always filled with the spirit of doing something good and different, always strives for the upliftment of humanity. During the worldwide disaster of Corona, you did a commendable job of arranging food, masks, sanitisers and fodder for animals for thousands of needy people. For this, you have been highly praised by the Honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan Mr Ashok Gehlot and also honoured with a certificate. Similarly, from time to time, apart from helping the common people, you also pay full attention to your home. The biggest thing is that after the sudden demise of your wife, you brought up the children well, gave them good manners and helped them choose their path. So today you have a happy family. Your speciality is that if someone meets you once, he becomes yours forever.
