Even in the film world, the impression of your writing was visible when you stunned people with the speciality of your writing in the film Dedh Ishqiya and the famous serial Akbar the Great. You are often honoured with various national and international items and awards. The Government of Uttar Pradesh conferred its highest honour Yash Bharti and you were honoured with the Padma Shri by the Government of India in the year 2018, although you had suddenly said goodbye to this world a few months before receiving the honour.
