Pandit Shri Dev Prasad Pandey, a resident of Bahraicha village of Korav tehsil of Allahabad district, had a son in the past. But when on 3 November 1972 Manoj ji was again born in the lap of your wife Mrs Shyama Pandey ji in the form of son Ratna, both of you were very happy. Child Manoj’s mind used to be very happy in their studies from the beginning. Due to his activities, he became dear to the teachers and was respected by all. At that time, neither the teachers, the family members, nor the friends had any idea that in the future, this innocent child Manoj would encourage thousands of people with his actions and create in them the urge to do something for the society and the country and through his lifestyle, he will deeply awaken the importance of Karma in the minds of the people. After completion of primary education, Manoj ji studied up to class 10 at a school located at Ledyari and passed intermediate education at Aggarwal Inter College, Sirsa with biology as a subject.
Initially, you wanted to become a doctor, but God wanted you to do something else, as a result, after facing various types of storms, you completed your graduation from Kanpur University. Because now your attitude had changed and you were eager to flow in a new direction, as a result, you got your postgraduate degree in social work from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya.
Although the condition of the family was good it was necessary to do something after the completion of education, so you started your career as a medical assistant in Allahabad. For some time you also did the work of teaching in a convent school, and after that, you worked in the marketing sector. Since God was bigger than you and wanted to get work done for the country, society and nature, therefore your mind was not interested in all these. Finally, the turning point in your life came when you joined the Integrated Watershed Management Program in Madhya Pradesh as Project Officer. You worked on this post for 5 years. Looking at your dedication, hard work and ability, you were entrusted with the responsibility of team leader. While on this post, you did an in-depth and grounded study on society, nature and various natural resources and awakened the general public and forced them to think. Mr Manoj Kumar Pandey, after assuming the present post, started studying and researching various topics, and anomalies and tried his best to make the general public aware. By doing deep thought-provoking research on population, resources, environment, and women empowerment, you put it in front of the people in a new way. Attracted people to think on the fundamental points to control the population growth and the work of making them conscious of environmental factors is also being done by you as a high-class environmentalist, social thinker and reformer. There is a clear recognition of your work today and there is a lot of praise all around. You are moving towards your destination overcoming all the challenges in life and working for the country, society, nature and environment. Today you are being awarded various kinds of honours. People holding big positions keep praising you. Mr Manoj Pandey, born into a normal family, considers Mahatma Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda as his ideals. Connected and influenced by the life of Pujya Nanaji Deshmukh and revered Anna Hazare ji, they are working for the bright future of the country with their dedication, loyalty and ability.
