“Umang: The Mega Youth Festival 2024” started with a colourful presentation of Odisha’s famous Odissi folk dance by Shivam Sharma and Kathak dance by Bhumika Saha. After which Divine Rocking Sankirtan started with the beat boxing of Bollywood celebrity beat boxer Shri Nagesh Reddy, which set a new world record.
The birth date of Swami Vivekananda, one of the great men of India, is celebrated as National Youth Day to inspire the youth of the country. On the occasion of National Youth Day, a special yoga camp was organized by NSS (National Service Scheme) under the guidance of Dr. Bidyut K. Mal in Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University campus, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Avneesh was honoured with the Prime Minister’s National Child Award-2024 by President Draupadi Murmu at the age of 9 for his excellent work in the development of society and spreading awareness in the interest of disabled and orphan children after this, he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This year 19 children from the country have been given this award.
Internationally renowned Ustad Shayar Afroz ‘Sahar’ of Ujjain city, Madhya Pradesh did a remarkable work in the history of Ghazal singing. Ustad Afroz Sahar recited a Ghazal which is the longest ghazal with the longest radief in the history of Ghazal singing. The ghazal with the longest radief recited by him was registered as a world record with the title “Ghazal With Longest Radeef” in the Golden Book of World Records.
The main objective of the traffic rule awareness campaign “Say Sorry to Family” was that “instead of following traffic rules to avoid challan action, people should follow them for their safety as well as that of every person walking on the road”.
Till now, Mr. Mandavi has presented Shri Ramcharitmanas to 48000 people and during the function, by distributing Shri Ramcharitmanas to 3000 people, he has distributed a total of 51000 Shri Ramcharitmanas. Mr. Mandavi’s name was recorded in the Golden Book of World Records as a world record with the title of “Largest Distribution of Shri Ramcharitmanas”.
Mithila paintings based on various social issues were created by Mr. Kundan Kumar Roy of Samastipur, Bihar during the Corona period. This young painter from Samastipur suffers from colour blindness, an eye problem in which the eyes are unable to see colours normally and the person suffering from it is unable to differentiate between certain colours. But these paintings made by Kundan Kumar Rai depict colours very well.
This unique feat of lighting the largest size lamp was recorded as a world record by the Golden Book of World Records with the title of “Largest Enlightening Oil Lamp”.
Looking at the exhibition, it seemed as if the children had displayed all the episodes of Ramayana in the form of paintings. In this exhibition, beautiful pictures from Ram’s birth to Uttarkand were seen.
