After retirement is the time when you can take your life in a new direction. The word retirement means “taking leave from a job”. It is especially used for the time when a person breaks away from his job or professional life and moves towards a comfortable and self-reliant life. Retirement not only means living a comfortable and independent life but it is also a time of social change. This time provides an opportunity to spend more time with family, friends, and society. Before retirement, a person needs to do financial planning. A strong financial plan can help keep you secure and balanced even after retirement. Pension is a means of building a future that provides you with financial independence and security at the time of retirement. Its main objective is to provide proper economic security to the individual when he cannot work. Pension plans can come from a variety of sources, such as government pensions, pension plans of private companies, and individual pension plans. The main objective of these plans is to ensure financial security at the time of retirement.
