SKD University created a special Yogasana series on the theme of “Rog Chumantar in 10 Minutes” with a specific combination of yoga and asanas. This series is a combination of 35 types of yoga asanas which can be completed in only 10 minutes. The guests inaugurated a booklet based on the ‘SKDU Special Yogasana Series’ containing 35 types of Yogasanas.
