Tanushree must have been barely two-and-a-half years old when she started practising Chakrasana Yoga and gradually became proficient in it. Along with learning various forms of yoga, at the age of 3, Tanushree also started taking dance lessons in Udupi’s Master Dance Group. Due to the unique confluence of dance and yoga, Tanushree’s fame started spreading rapidly in the surrounding areas in a short time, or rather from infancy, and in no time she started participating in big programs. Tanushree’s father Mr. Uday Kumar and mother Smt. Sandhya ji not only recognized the qualities of the daughter from childhood and gave her a better upbringing, but also worked hard to take her forward. Its result was that Tanushree completed the world record for the Chakrasana race which was recorded in 6 minutes 2 seconds in a quarter of the time and registered her name in golden letters in the Golden Book of World Records. Today Tanushree’s fame as Golden Girl has crossed the borders of the state and the country and has reached the international level. Tanushree has started going far and wide in stage programs.
